"The Road to Leadership" Seminar and Staff Clinic
Master John St. James, founder and head of the Atlantic-Pacific Tang Soo Do
Federation made an appearance at the school to talk about a subject with which
he is extremely familiar: Leadership. Leadership and personal development are
the cornerstones and life mission of Master St. James. The crowd was a mixture of
ages and ranks and he was able to relate the basics of leadership in a way
everyone could understand. It was an exciting way to introduce our new
Leadership Program which will formalize the mental aspects of leadership training
into a unified curriculum. As far as we know, we are the first martial arts school in
the area to do this.
